Designed to cover the needs of the residents for luxury, this Private Residence is a classic sample of monumental architecture. Many elements, like the grand entrance, the dinstictive design of the staircase, and the big windows, contribute at this feeling of the monumental character and the luxury, while at the same time reinforce the connection between indoors and outdoors. In parallel, the design of the plans in zones creates this unique form, that reminds of gates opening to the outdoor. The residence is developed in three floors, total area of 2700 m2, and includes a gym, a theater, parking for 14 spots living spaces and 5 bedrooms.
EPAL 18000 ULTRA K range was a perfect fit for this project, as it offers big openings and seamless profile cross sections.
The “EPAL 18000” range provides an innovative design with a double thermal break, a combination of polyurethane and polyamide, thus lowering the thermal transmittance coefficient up to Uw = 0.78 W/m2K, depending on the combination of glass panes in use.
Respectively, “EPAL E50” is an integrated sliding system of thermally insulated frames, which is ideal for creating durable structures with wide openings. It is an excellent choice for the creation of elegant structures, due to the design using rectangular sections, and it provides high thermal insulation up to 1.45 W/m2K.
Finally, the paint used for the aluminum frames was AMMOS 9005 Super Durable by NEOKEM, which is extremely resistant to the weather conditions, and also ideal for all environmental specifications.
