The data collected are controlled by EPAL (hereafter “we/us”), based in Thessaloniki, Greece.

 

Α. Personal Data we collect and how we collect them

You can visit many of the pages on our website without being required to provide us with any information related to your personal data.

We may collect your personal data in the following circumstances:

When you contact our office or staff at our Customer Service Department: When you contact us via e-mail, telephone or mail, such as when you contact our Customer Service Department, you will be asked to provide your personal data, e.g. your name, telephone, e-mail address, etc.

By using data collection methods, when you visit our website: Other than the information you voluntarily provide, certain data are collected automatically when you visit our website through data tracking technologies we use occasionally, such as cookies. G. Right of access, rectification and erasure of your data

As a data subject, you have the right of access to your personal data subject to processing by our company, as well as the right to request rectification of any inaccurate data pertaining to you (Article 15 of Regulation EC/2016/679). Taking into account the purposes of the processing undertaken by our company as part of our contractual relationship, you also have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement to our company (Article 16 of Regulation EC/2016/679).

Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): You have the right to request from our company (which functions as the data controller in the contractual relationship between us) the erasure of your personal data, as specified in Article 17 of Regulation EC/2016/679.

Your data are stored for as long as necessary to ensure that our company is fully compliant with its legal obligations (Article 23 of Regulation EC/2016/679).
