Residence Refurbishment – Modern Design

This refurbishment aimed to radically reshape the existing building, in order for it to align with the rules of contemporary architecture, and also to minimize its environmental footprint. With respect to the aesthetics, the functionality and the durability in time, EPAL set the same ambitions, and, through the range “18000 ULTRA K” and “E50”, the result speaks for itself!
The “EPAL 18000” range provides an innovative design with a double thermal break, thus lowering the thermal transmittance coefficient up to Uw = 0.78 W/m2K, depending on the combination of glass panes in use.
At the same time, “EPAL E50” is an integrated sliding system of thermally insulated frames, which is ideal for structures with wide openings. It is an excellent choice for the creation of elegant structures, and it provides high thermal insulation up to 1.45 W/m2K.
Finally, the paint used for the aluminum frames was AMMOS 9005 Super Durable by NEOKEM, which is resistant to the weather conditions, and also ideal for all environmental specifications.
