Construction and installation of aluminum frames at the Archontiko Kaltezioti (Kalteziotis Mansion) hotel in the village of Kapsia in Mantineia, a mountainous region of Arcadia.
The Archontiko Kaltezioti hotel was built in the village of Kapsia in Mantineia, a mountainous region of Arcadia, and is located near the local ski resort. The region is considered the coldest in the Peloponnese and its climate is continental. Specifically, cold in winter with heavy snowfall as well as heavy rainfall that often exceeds 1100 mm per year. Moreover, high humidity levels and strong winds are observed during the winter period, while during the summer months the climate is cool.
In order to better deal with the weather conditions throughout the year, EPAL has installed aluminum frames and doors of the EPAL 18000 range, with double thermal insulation glazing and a special polyurethane and polyamide double thermal break, a combination that offers high water and air tightness as well as excellent thermal insulation. Our frames give the building a modern look while preserving the traditional feel, thanks to the E720 electrostatic powder coating that simulates the feel of natural wood.
