The purity and the simplicity of the forms was a high priority during the design of this project. The architect’s intention for minimalism is reinforced by the choice of EPAL’s products. Both ranges selected, “EPAL 18000” and “EPAL E50”, are characterized by the high aesthetics.
In specific, “EPAL 18000” range provides an innovative design, thus lowering the thermal transmittance coefficient down to Uw = 0.78 W/m2K, depending on the combination of glass panes in use.
Moreover, “EPAL E50” is a sliding system of thermally insulated frames, which is ideal for creating structures with wide openings. It provides high thermal insulation down to 1.45 W/m2K.
Finally, the paint used for the aluminum frames was AMMOS 9005 Super Durable by NEOKEM, which is extremely resistant to the weather conditions, and also ideal for all environmental specifications.
