Today, EPAL operates a fully vertically integrated production process, covering everything from product design and manufacturing (cutting, forming, coating, assembly) to quality control, installation, and after-sales support services.
For example, EPAL:
- Designs in-house all aluminium profile extrusion dies, ensuring that all technical and quality specifications remain consistent and unchanged.
- Performs the cutting and forming of profiles, guaranteeing absolute dimensional accuracy of the final products.
- Carries out coating and thermal break installation, ensuring a flawless finish and consistently high thermal insulation standards.
- Processes multi-pane glazing units in a dedicated facility, achieving absolute stability in thermal and acoustic performance.
- Conducts quality control on intermediate and final products, preventing potential failures and malfunctions after installation.
- Handles transportation and installation through the company’s specialized technical teams, following standardized and consistent procedures.
