The Horizontes Tzoumerkon Hotel is located near the village of Pramanta in the Ioannina region, in an idyllic setting overlooking the dense forests and rugged peaks of Northern Tzoumerka.
Built at an altitude of 1,000 meters, this welcoming retreat is frequently exposed to the area’s challenging weather conditions. Low temperatures, strong winds, heavy snowfall and rain, combined with high humidity levels, demand exceptional performance in thermal insulation and airtightness.
This is why the builder entrusted EPAL with the fabrication and installation of aluminum window systems throughout the hotel.
The EPAL 18000 Ultra K series was selected for the project, combined with special “winter” glazing and a highly durable, eco-friendly powder coating. The goal was to achieve optimal insulation and sealing, ensuring the hotel offers guests a truly comfortable and warm stay.
Thanks to EPAL’s high-performance window systems, guests enjoy uninterrupted visual access to the stunning natural surroundings—while staying fully protected from the outdoor elements.
