The luxurious private villa is located in the province of Ontario, Canada, and is a characteristic example of monumental-style architecture, featuring wide staircases, grand entrances, and large white volumes.
It spans three floors with a total area of 2,700 m² and, in addition to living areas and five bedrooms, includes a private gym, a theater, and an underground parking area with 14 spaces.
A villa of this scale naturally features large openings to the surrounding landscape, both for natural lighting and to visually expand the interior spaces. The implementation of large glass surfaces to cover these openings was entrusted to EPAL, thanks to its expertise and experience.
The project’s needs were met using the high thermal insulation performance series 18000 Ultra K and E50, the latter being ideal for medium and large openings due to its robust design. For the aluminum finishing, the AMMOS 9005 Super Durable coating by NEOKEM was chosen, known for its exceptional resistance to harsh weather conditions.
With EPAL’s high-aesthetic and durable systems, the architectural vision for an ultra-luxurious residence offering immediate and unobstructed views of nature from almost every corner was successfully supported.
