Archontiko Kaltezioti is a luxury hospitality complex located in the region of Mantineia, in mountainous Arkadia, in a stunning setting very close to the Mainalon ski center.
The original manor house of the Kalteziotis family was built back in 1860. Today’s owners have renovated it and developed around it a mountain resort of traditional beauty, honoring the site’s long history and the region’s distinctive aesthetics. Located in one of the coldest areas of the Peloponnese, Archontiko Kaltezioti needed proper protection from the often harsh weather—because luxury without warmth simply isn’t luxury. That’s where EPAL came in.
To meet the project’s high demands in terms of thermal insulation, water tightness, and air permeability, the 18000 Ultra K aluminum window and door system with double glazing was selected. To harmonize with the hotel’s traditional character, the E720 coating was chosen, mimicking the natural color of wood.
Thanks to EPAL’s high-aesthetic and energy-efficient aluminum systems, this traditional hotel is able to offer the best possible hospitality experience—even under the most unforgiving weather conditions.
