We offer energy efficient aluminium frames for both residential and commercial buildings.

EPAL is committed to providing high quality products. We back this commitment with some of the longest guarantees in the industry. Moreover, this particular guarantee is not prorated and is fully transferable. EPAL (the company) provides the same coverage from the first day of the warranty period regardless of who owns our products.

• Frames - Window and door frames are guaranteed for 10 years against defects in workmanship, materials and labour.
• Glazing - Insulated glazing units shall be warranted for 10 years against visible defects caused by failure (damage) to the airtight insulated glazing.
• Finish (Finishing) - Finishes shall be warranted for a minimum of 10 years against cracking, crazing or peeling under normal use. Guarantees against fading are determined by the type of coating and vary from 1 to 10 years.
• Material- Factory installed material is fully covered for 10 years. Hardware is authorized to operate during this warranty period.

Damage caused by the following:

• Damage caused by excessive heat or contact with flame
• Damage caused by abrasive material or cleaning agent
• Damage to the finish caused by direct contact with a corrosive chemical
• Damage caused by accidents or accidental (force majeure)
• Damage as a result of improper installation and tearing
• Damage as a result of improper maintenance

Defect or damage to the product due to improper installation or modification including:

• Adjustments or corrections due to improper installation
• Defects due to modifications to the product or devices damaging to the glass (e.g. glass paint, security systems, improper paint or staining, insulating covers, etc.)
• Pieces assembled or cut to size
• Defect due to the application of non-factory material (e.g. locks, trim, hinges, emergency materials, joints, etc.)

Additional services excluded from this limited warranty:

• Laboratory for product replacement
• Service transitions to provide instructions on the use of the product
• Applicable taxes and fares
• Hardware items not installed during production

Of course, every home or commercial space has different requirements and limitations, depending on its location, exposure to weather conditions, construction properties, etc. At the same time, our own wishes also play a role in choosing the right aluminium frames for the space where we live or work.

For example, if we lived in a house with an unobstructed view, we would probably want to enjoy it at any time of the day. A large-panel balcony door with as thin a frame as possible can highlight this particular virtue of the home and help save energy thanks to the high thermal insulation performance of modern glazing. In a similar way, we could increase the brightness of a commercial space with limited access to sunlight during the day.

Previously, larger openings led to higher vulnerability of the space to energy losses. Today, things are completely different. That's why at EPAL, we provide the option of covering large openings with aluminium frames and glazing that not only do not reduce the energy efficiency of the space, but significantly enhance it.

Aluminum frames undoubtedly provide high protection from weather conditions. A reasonable question, however, is for how long? Since they are constantly exposed to the weather conditions from which they protect us, how resistant are they to damage and time?

The answer, as always, lies in the quality of construction and materials. The more carefully designed and shielded the aluminium frames are, the more they will offer maximum protection.

For example, EPAL aluminium frames are painted with an electrostatic paint that protects the frame from oxidation, weather conditions and natural wear and tear. On the mechanisms, which are of key importance, EPAL applies a special coating that protects them from external wear and tear and guarantees their proper functioning over time.

And if switching to aluminium frames greatly improves energy efficiency and the protection of the house from the weather, the choice of frames is equally important. With aluminium frames that are built to withstand wear and tear and time, we ensure a payback on costs and protection that remains strong and unchanged for a very long time.
