Construction and installation of aluminum frames for a luxury apartment complex in western Hollywood.
The Harland apartment complex is built in western Hollywood in the state of California, an area with abundant sunshine throughout the year, as well as short and mild winters. The temperature during the year typically ranges from 16°C to 32°C and is rarely below 9°C or above 33°C. Hollywood faces extreme seasonal fluctuations regarding monthly rainfall and wind speeds.
In order to cover the needs of the project as regards aesthetics and beauty and to ensure optimal response to the weather conditions prevailing in the area, the “EPAL 18000” range was selected for casement windows and fixed windows and the “EPAL E50” range for sliding windows.
Moreover, the paint used for the aluminum frames was Classic Bronze D2525 by Akzo Nobel which is extremely resistant to the weather conditions, while fulfilling all environmental specifications.
The combination of these two EPAL ranges with the building’s modern architecture has created a result of superior beauty and aesthetics that ensures:

- Superior aesthetics with a wide variety of colors and high quality electrostatic powder coating.
